Happy Canada Day!

Mosquito Artwork. Yep…

Okay, so that’s probably not the best representation of Canada. But, unfortunately I seem to have misplaced my other, better Canada pics. I came across these while wandering the main street of a small Canadian town. And I thought the were kind of cool. There were more on the other lamp posts, but I chose to only take pics of the insect related ones. Also, I don’t feel like uploading the others.

So, maybe I should talk about Canada a little more. It’s a pretty cool place. I guess I’m kind of lucky in where I live. Being only a stones throw away from Canada, I’ve spent a good amount of time there. Though, sometimes I wish I had gone there more often.

If I had to pick one of my favourite things about Canada, it would have to be… FOOD! Or maybe, the ladies. Wait, that’s tough choice. Okay, so let’s talk food for now. Poutine and Butter Tarts. Enough said. If you haven’t had them, well, you are missing out my friend. French fries covered in cheese curds and gravy, it doesn’t get much better than that. Except when you have a pastry filled with syrup. I think just those two items, might be enough to edge food into the top spot. I mean, I haven’t even spoke of the greatness that comes from other Canadian foods. And I probably won’t right now.

But, in a very close second, I have to hand it to Canadian ladies. Because as it was stated on a t-shirt I once saw, Canadian Girls Kick Ass! No truer words have been on a t-shirt. I’m pretty sure I saw Scott Pilgrim wearing that shirt. Also, Scott Pilgrim is Canadian. That’s pretty cool.

Anyways… Enough randomness. Happy Canada Day, my neighbor to the north!
